The customer support is great. I had a problem and they solved it as fast as they could and very patiently. I really appreciate it.
I wanted to liked Soledad so much. But changing from one demo to another...took almost 3 hours to load everything!!! Granted, it was on top of an existing website, but why you need to upload the same 4000 images everytime I am changing a damn theme? I doubt there are 4000 images used on the whole demo webpage. That's a proper setback straight away and I haven't encountered this kind of behaviour on any other theme I had used so far.
Also, while it's fantastic to have a myriad of options...sometimes they are quite confusing. OK, I am not an expert in customizing WP theme, but I can do a lot. And with Soledad, it's not exactly easy to do that.
I will still use it (well, I've paid for it, so of course I will), but I'll probably grind my teeth doing that.
Or maybe I will find out that it's completely my fault and there is nothing wrong with the customization process.
Still, that loading demo itself is a big disappointment.

Hi,
First of all, thank you for purchasing our theme.
It's not re-uploading the same 4000 images—this step helps you generate image sizes from your media. You can ignore this step if you don't want to generate image sizes; it won't affect anything, and the demo will still import fine.
When switching from one demo to another, just go to Appearance > Import Demo Data, click the "Uninstall" button to remove the previously imported demo, and then select a new demo to import. Don’t check the option to import demo content—only check the option to import demo data, especially since your site already has many old posts and pages. We've mentioned this at the top of the Import Demo Data page.
Regarding options, the theme offers flexibility to adjust almost everything, which is why there are so many options. However, it's easy to manage since we've categorized them into panels for each section. You can also use the flags in the Customizer sections to quickly jump to the panel that contains options for a specific section.
