It is not a good template, the themesflat icon box has many flaws due to incompatibility with the php version so it is not comfortable to use. I also asked the support team for help and they did not respond

Communication is somewhat difficult. Response time is very slow. But eventually things get done. So if you are very patient, it is ok.

This is a nice theme. It's simple and offers a nice one page layout. I can understand people being a bit confused with the current documentation which is fine but not complete in my opinion. I have had a nice experience with support though. Developers helped me whithin a reasonable time frame and solved my problems.
I also don't think it deserves 5 stars quite yet. I find some problems regarding the website in mobile view which doesn't adapt very well when you alter the content.
