Customer support was helpful and website design was beautiful
The theme looks good, but has poor mobile responsive customisation, it is mostly a great desktop view theme. For good mobile responsive views, you will need a developper. Like there is no separate settings to handle the hero banners on mobile and desktop separately.
Also the SEO is not properly set, Google doesnt recognise H1 on each page, so you will need to add manually code to make this work.

Great theme with a lot of essential features built in. Hopefully, the speed improves as even with just a few sections, the scores are unusually low on page speed insights.
The knowledge the team has is excellent. getting help was easy the templets are all nice and set to work well with shopify. i would highly recommend this for starting out and then personalizing your website for what you are looking for. when bugs occur if they occur the team is always there to help. so far my experience has been very good. minor issues but nothing one can get back up and running.
I’ve used several Shopify themes, and Rokan is by far the best!
