I loved The7 theme. I was the best option, if you had need fast building with high quality. But after transfering customization from WP Custiomizer to elementor, this is disaster - hard to use amazing functions. Long learning curve - now i prefer manual css/php updates, because I am not able to do some changes...

You're probably not referring to the WordPress Customizer, but rather to The7 Theme Options.
The interface looks similar, so that may have caused some confusion.
It has not been removed. You can enable it again in The7 settings.

Very beautiful themes
Thought that when include WPBakery and Elementor that it would be included in the theme. But you still have to buy those plugins afterwards, would have been nice to know.

This is not correct.
WPBakery is licensed like all other bundled plugins from CodeCanyon:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
This means you can use it with the theme. You only need to purchase a separate license if you want direct support or services from the plugin’s developer.
Elementor is free.
And there are free alternatives to Elementor Pro, such as PRO Elements: https://proelements.org (in fact, we use this one in our demos).
The customer support is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Truly world class and the best of all of the 10 or so theme devs I have used over the years.
Highly customisable with lots of juicy demo content to accelerate your site's creation.
The support is excellent, it is great to be able to get good advices from an expert when experiencing a difficulty ! A+++
