The theme is really beautiful and works very well. But what makes me to give 5 starts is their support - they react supper fast, always happy to help. They answered all of my questions and helped with all of my issues.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for this. Porto theme support is seriously on another level. I had an issue with customizing my site, and I honestly thought I’d be stuck for days. But nope, they got back to me super fast, understood exactly what I needed, and gave me a clear solution.
They didn’t just send some generic response, either. It felt like they actually cared and took the time to help me out. Super friendly, quick, and genuinely helpful. If you're thinking about using Porto, the theme’s great, but the support team is definitely a big reason to go for it. Highly recommend!

I have been using the Porto Theme for quiet some time and the possibilities are endless. It's perfect for big shops; fast, reliable and updated accordingly.

It's highly customizable and they are happy to help developing the theme in custom ways to fit your brand. I have worked with Ray who always completes his task to perfection and at this point i think he would be capable of achieving everything!

There support is also great and are generally respond very quickly.
