Hi,
I bought twice your theme. I need to purchase again. But this time I need to setup for demo page. Because I am gonna change my template. That’s why first I need to install this template to my demo page. But later I will publish for live page. How can I manage “purchase code” for demo page? is it possible? will I have a problem when I move all files to live page? maybe I will work in the demo page for more than 3-4 months.

We are glad to hear that you like Avada, regarding the purchase code being used on two domains, we already provide an option wherere you can set up a staging or local / development domain and still be able to use Avada license there without any issues along with live domain.
In any case, you can register it on one demo domain and then switch the license to a different domain when you are ready, however do note that one license of Avada can only be used at 1 live domain at a singel time.

I’ve updated everything in Avada, as requested but now, the plugin Convert Plus is not working. It causes a fatal error. Why? Is not supported anymore from Avada?

Kindly make sure that you are on the latest version of the plugin as well, the Avada update itself doesn’t cause any issues with the plugin so this could be specific to some other 3rd party plugin aswell, I will suggest you to kindly check by disabling all your 3rd party plugin(s) and see if that helps.

I’ve already updated Avada to the last version and the last version of Convert Plus and I’ve done this try disabling all the plugins but it didn’t work.

Thank you Anmar, but I verified the debug log and is Convert Plus Itself that is corrupt. If I comment the line 1398 of the classes/class-convert-plug.php, I can activate the plugin but the modules for the popup are not visible and it doesn’t work. I also checked files and folders permissions but nothing changed…I’m working with Avada from almost 5 years and this is the first time it’s happening something so wrong

I have just tested the latest version of Avada that is 7.12 with latest version of convert plus at this moment which is 3.6.1 and I see no fatal error on my end, so this seems to be a site specific issue for some reason, Convert plus is a bundled plugin and we also haven’t gotten any complaints regarding this so far from our customers.

Yes, all the prebuilt websites are WooCommerce compatible because all of them are built upon Avada itself, you can add WooCommerce shop to any of the prebuilt you want.

It seems that the template is integrated with Google reCaptcha by default. Are you planning to add support for Cloudflare Turnstile? Reportedly, the usage limits for Google reCaptcha are set to change by the end of the year, while Cloudflare Turnstile currently has no such restrictions.

Unfortunately, I can no longer access my Avada support account, so here is my question.
We need to remove the URL parameters but this instruction does not work, there is no “Hide URL Parameter” anywhere.

I have two websites, one running the 7.11.15 version and another updated to 7.12.0. On the updated one, the filters for the “Post Cards” elements are no longer working. I only see the “All” label. No matter what I change, the filters are no longer working. Please investigate this!

Can you kindly make sure that you don’t have the number of posts to show set to a very limited value? if there are alot of posts in some categories, they won’t load all the category filters and number of posts will need to be increased.

Thanks for the quick reply! I tried everything, but it doesn’t work. I noticed that if I remove the post cards element completely and add it again freshly, the filters are being showed in the live editor, but when I view the page, they don’t show up. I cleared all custom CSS, cleared cache, tried 3 different browsers. It just won;t work after the update. Here’s a ss: https://i.imgur.com/ed8T0NR.png

Hi Ammar! I have found the issue. It seems like the filters are getting hidden if you set the layout of the post cards element as masonry. I set it as grid and now it works. Maybe this can be stated somewhere in the docs. Thanks!

Hi there, after the recent update I get the console error “Uncaught ReferenceError: gsap is not defined” even when only Avada+Fusion plugins are activated. Tried to disable different performance options but didn’t help.

I’m utilizing the Gravity Form with multiple steps. To present my form, I’m inserting the Gravity Form shortcode within the Off Canvas popup. When I click the button, the popup behaves as intended with the form. However, after completing the first section and pressing the next button to access the second page, the off-canvas reloads and closes. If I press the button again to return to the form, the second page appears.
This issue occurs with every page of the form.
Is there a way to stop the off-canvas from closing?

Hi. I have a problem with the Gutenberg Editor, since switching to wordpress 6.8 it always gives me this error: “The editor encountered an unexpected error”. I’ve already tried, the problem only goes away if I switch to a default theme by disabling all Avada-related plugins, if I reactivate even just the Revolution Slider the problem recurs. Is this a problem that I can submit to support or is it a type of technical intervention that you cannot do?
