RTL Alignment Issue in Demo 30 – Houzez Theme
I have recently purchased the Houzez theme and successfully imported Demo 30 (https://demo30.houzez.co/), which is designed as an RTL alignment demo. However, after importing the demo, the website appears in LTR format instead of RTL.
Please advise on how to properly enable RTL styling for Demo 30 and ensure the correct alignment across all elements of the theme.

Hello! Is it possible to hide the application/interest forms for the listed properties from the public (i.e. they can still see the listing, but not submit the forms)?
Once the person creates an account and the admin approves it, they should then be able to use the forms.
Additionally, when they create an account, is it possible to ask for a few more things to vet them as a potential tenant, e.g. upload their ID, etc.

The feature you’re describing—hiding the property inquiry forms until a user is registered and approved by the admin—is not available by default in the theme. It would require custom development to restrict form visibility based on user roles or account status.
Similarly, if you want to request additional information (such as ID upload) during user registration, this would also need to be implemented through a custom form or plugin integration, as it’s not part of the default registration flow.

Elementor issue here, someone maybe had the same. Hamburguer icon menu, linked to pop-up not working if im not logged in. Same with some other content.

I want to buy your theme for building the land/plot related marketplace. But I have few questions before I could purchase it:
1) First of all, is your theme suitable for building land/plot specific marketplace where different land developers will register on my website and list their lands/plots on it?
2) Can I create multiple land developer accounts and give them their own login rights to upload their plots on their own?
3) Can I create multiple agents under each land developer account? so that each land developer registered on my website will have their own agents and they can manage their own agents from their login?
4) Agent wise user rights: Can I assign the user rights to the agents such that they can add the property listing in the website but they cannot edit or delete it? So, basically I want to assign the rights to the user to only add the listing and not edit or delete it. Possible?
5) Can I create these user types in the website: Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Land Developers, Government Officers?
6) Is there a approval process for listing the properties? e.g. even if user or agent lists the property from the frontend, it should not get listed until the admin approves that listing. Is that possible?
7) Is it possible to automatically pick up the current location of the agent (latitude , longitude) of the current position from where the agent is currently uploading the listing? instead of agent manually entering the coordinates of the property, our website should automatically pickup his current location from where he is uploading the listing. Possible?
8.) Can website verify user’s email and phone number (by sending OTP SMS) before approving his account automatically? Do we have to purchase any other service for this?
9) Where can I get the complete list of features of the in-built CRM system? Is there any dedicated video of only CRM that is in-built in the theme?
10) Can we create custom “Status” for the listing? e.g. I want to setup the statuses as – ‘For Sale’, ‘For Lease’, ‘Upcoming Projects’ etc. Can I set my own status labels?
11) Is SSO based login possible? If yes, what all social media logins are supported? And what all information of the user we can get when user logins using his social media account?
12) Is it possible to display selective information of the listing and selective information of the agent to the user based on user’s membership plan? e.g. if we create two membership plans “Silver Membership” and “Gold Membership”, we want to show very limited information about listing to the “Silver Members” and full information to the “Gold Members”. Also, we want to show our phone number to the “Silver Members” instead og agent’s phone number. If member is “Gold Member”, only then user will see agent’s phone number instead of our phone number. So, this conditional display of information based on membership type is possible?

- Then I imported demo 38. All good. (https://demo38.houzez.co)
- Then I imported demo 24 again. I got mostly the result I expected. A blend of the two. Mostly using style & pages of demo 24, with the nice property list and detail pages of demo 38.

Hi! Great Theme With Best Functionality
Now Only Issue is, We’ve Multiple Types of Properties (Commercial, Residential and all) and added Custom Fields also using Field Builder. It’s Working Properly but the only issue is
It Showing all Fields to Customer Rather Specific Needed Based On Property Type.
Ex: a Tenant Looking for an Office space doesn’t need to see how many bed rooms are there and another tenant looking for a Home doesn’t need how many work stations are there.
Is this Option already available in the theme to Show or Hide the Search Fields in the Advanced Search or somewhere to show only related options.
Or Any Possiblity to add this, Kindly Guide us on how to Achieve this.
And It’s Not Just in Search Results, But also while adding any Property also.
