Hi, I just updated to the latest version, thanks I do love the theme I have bought it twice, but now i get

I checked all the downloads and none contain those plugins, I also tried to click on the update button for both of them and neither would update as well, it also doesn’t list them in the plugin for either site as a plugin or as needing to be updated?
Any ideas?

I’m experiencing an issue with TheGem theme license validation. I initially built the site under a staging domain (https://basi2024.live-website.com) and have since moved it to the live domain (https://basi.de). The license was active and showing as valid (green), but updates now fail with the message: “Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem.”
I suspect both domains are still somehow linked to the same installation. I now have the option to deregister the staging domain, but I’m concerned about this warning:
“Once deregistered, this purchase code cannot be used for the same installation again.”Before proceeding, I’d appreciate guidance. I do have a valid purchase code and can provide it privately if needed.

All the website with your theme are not working at all with the new version. The Bakey is not loading in preview on Edit page.

I see my registration license in my Themeforest download area, however, when I try to log into your system to see my active licenses my username / registration number are not recognized. Hi, I have a problem with updating the TheGEM Blocks. All other plugins update fine, but with this one it seems it doe not work. The page stays indefinitely on maintenance mode and I had to remove the maintenance file in the root via FTP to get the site working again. It gives a 500 Internal error message on the plugin page. What can I do? Although not critical, it is annoying. Thanks for your support!

Hello, I am using the gem theme well. However, after the recent update to Version 5.10.2.1, theme option > logo&identity logo change does not work. If I delete and save, the old logo comes back. Of course, I also deleted the browser cache and cookies. But the logo still does not change. Why is that? Is it a bug? Or is it a conflict with another plugin?
