Hi, I can’t find a way to change the font size of a post’s subtitle. I’ve checked the “JNews Font Option” settings, but I don’t see any option to adjust the subtitle font size. Does anyone know how to change it?

Hi I have two questions. Theme already have few options for seo and cache optimizer. I have installed RankMath for SEO and WP-Rocket for cache. Will it create conflict with the theme and Google?

You can use the Rank Math SEO plugin and WP Rocket plugin with the JNews theme. You will need to adjust the settings in both plugins and perform trial and testing.
Regarding SEO, we have the JNews – Meta Header plugin and the JNews – JSON-LD plugin. You can disable these plugins if you’re using another SEO plugin like Rank Math SEO.

The error cannot be deleted.
The Instagram Access Token is expired, Go to the Customizer > JNews : Social, Like & View > Instagram Feed Setting, to refresh it.

You can try purging the cache in the menu “JNews -> Customize Style -> Social Like & View -> Instagram Feed Setting”. If purging the cache doesn’t work, you can try reconnecting your account on the same page. Please see the image below.

I am using static page for my homepage and added multiple module in the page and i have filtered the content of the each block to support only one category but the filter is not working as expected, it is displaying excluded category as well.
I have made sure none of my post has multiple category but still filtering is not working.
Also i have created archive template for the category pages & added archive blocks only. I have set the global category to use this template but same problem despite being in one category page, post with other category are also displaying. I am trying everything since 2 days but nothing is working, please help to look into it ASAP. My release is stopped because of this stupid issue.

I have recently changed the domain for my site is it because of that ? Also after changing the domain my jnews dashboard says “Opps! Your License is Invalid We notice that your license is invalid, please update your license to get full potential of JNews.”
When i click on “Update licence” it redirects me to authorization page & when i click on approve it redirects me back to wordpress site again. What is wrong there ??

I’m having problems with updates for JNews – Social Share and/or JNews – View Counter breaking my site, so I want to set up a development environment to test the update first. However it seems that I can’t do the plugin update on the dev site because the theme there is unlicensed (the one on the live site is licensed). Is there any other way I can update these plugins on dev?

My website is blog.workafly.com. I installed the Invest News theme, and manually deleted all of the demo content (posts and images). Then, I added my own posts and images, however I see “No Content Available” on the homepage in the featured section (the section at the top).
What settings do I need to edit in order to display a single post (or many) in the featured homepage section as well as other sections that also say “No Content Available”?

Previously, we tried the Offload Media – Cloud Storage plugin as well as the WP Offload Media Lite plugin, with the bucket configuration using AWS S3, and both plugins worked as expected. If you’re unable to upload media to the bucket, you may need to double-check the bucket configuration, such as permissions and other settings.

Thank you for your help, I have no intention of renewing the support license at the moment. Since I have not found any problems with my WordPress.
There are no permission issues. The images arrive in the storage normally, but there are blank images in the WordPress library when using the video feature of the JNEWS block, which clears the settings and creates empty categories in WordPress. I recommend checking if there is any error in the new version of the theme.
I tested it with the native WordPress theme and everything worked perfectly. The error only occurs when using the video module of the JNEWS block.

1) For some reason, when using JNEWS Video, empty categories are created in Wordpress.

hello, thanks for the reply. Actually we building a website extension where we post blogs and content. Also add pages which usually contains wp forms, predefined elements of wp page builder, nothing out of it. may be woocommerce in coming days. is that fine for this theme? Also can you permanently disable the dark mode so that the js files don’t load in background.
One of our suggestion is that, if you can build a functionality which we can disable some submodules so that their files don’t load in header or footer.

If you are optimizing your site using third-party plugins like this, you will need to find the right configuration, as not all options enabled may work properly or be compatible.

A query from our side is that , we saw all the JS and css used in theme, they are already minified. then i don’t think we should use the minification option of any cache plugin. there is a merging of JS and css respectively but it mess the site most of time. i think we should only use cache thing, please explain your take in this.

envato support system log in not working! I’ve bough a new copy of the Theme to put on a different domain but there is no way to deactivate the Theme (which I did not purchase and don’t have contact with the person who did). So I can’t activate with the new purchase code or run plug in updates. I’ve even gone in via phpMyAdmin and updated the code there and it still won’t work

I recently purchased the theme (Order ID: 200808558) on 29 Mar 2025. After thoroughly installing the theme, I found that it does not meet my expectations and does not align with what was presented in the demo. As a result, I am unable to use it for my project.
According to ThemeForest’s refund policy, buyers are eligible for a refund when the product does not meet expectations based on its description and demo. Given that the theme does not perform as expected in my case, I believe I qualify for a refund.
