Custom product page layout doesn’t quite work with Elementor, more particularly the product gallery. How do we display more than one product image (ie, Product gallery as well in a style you showcase like style 2, for example) on a custom layout with Elementor? You don’t provide any documentation for this, yet WPBakery gets it. It would be great if your demos were honest with each builder’s capabilities.

The Shadow and Stack demos are designed with portfolios in mind, so they don’t include WooCommerce pages. However, once WooCommerce is activated, all the necessary pages will be automatically added to your site.

hi there, i purchased this theme some time ago, today i was about to use it, in a stage site meanwhile, I want to achieve some super simple thing, i thought that with rev slider i would do it but RS is not working in any way, it say upgrade your license and nothing shows on RS dashboard. On the other hand, i thought: ¨ok, i will do it via margins¨, and I am in shock it is not even possible to choose and set a simple margin or padding in any given element, case in point, just setting the inner column, to full width is impossible. Background of the container is indeed full width but inner column is at top 1400, and no way to correct that. So now i have a red boxed column (which i need it to be full width, and two awful columns each side that prevent me to set a full size image (that i also need) and the image in full size is cropped at the edges, only fix is to reduce the size of image, but that is not what i want. I am going crazy on this. Regretting to have purchased this theme and not have used it right away so i could asked for a refund. Of course, now is too late, since even my support is due. I hope anyone can help me sending any link where i can read how to set that margins and paddings, for individual elements, not in the liquid dashboard (for general settings)

I cannot connect your Liquid portal to Envato, it throws error after I give permisson. I can’t activate the theme. Is there a more sane way to activate the license like rest of the publishers do?

Hello My client would like to have a meeting with your team to clarify some concerns. I have already explained the details, but they want to ensure that there won’t be any legal issues in the future. Their main concern is that we are using a theme but implementing a custom Figma-based design and later adding a subscription model. They are worried that if we use a theme, we might not be able to: Apply custom designs as per the Figma layout. Integrate a subscription plan properly. Use the theme beyond just a personal portfolio they want to ensure it can be used for a business website as well. Since these are important questions, please let me know a suitable time for a meeting. I bought this theme on 2nd March 2025 after being awarded a contract to develop a website for a prestigious organization. I picked this theme for its demos sites among other reasons. Unfortunately the demos are not working and my contract is strictly 22 days. Support is very slow and I am running out of time.
I requested that they clone https://itbusinesspro.liquid-themes.com so that I get started while waiting to fix their demo sever/API issue but 1 week later haven’t been done.
I have lost 10 days of my 22 days and Its not looking good. I should have been told that demos are not working.
We have determined that the issue is not caused by our theme or demos but by your server configuration. Your server cannot communicate with our demo server, preventing the demo from being imported. We suggest adding our API server to your server’s whitelist.
