Hi Haru Theme – I am looking to recommend a client purchase the theme for a Genealogy website project. I noticed there is an error on the Shop page in the demo:

Can you correct that error?

Good job fixing the issue quickly. However when clicking through to the individual products in the shop there are also errors:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
The products only display breadcrumb and error.
Hi, It seems the issue happens when WooCommerce automatic updates on the demo site. We have just updated the new version on demo site and it’s working fine now. Regards!

Does the family tree support displaying children separated by parent grouping? (e.g. Family Member + Spouse A shows their kids and Family Member + Spouse B shows their kids)

I get this error message when I try displaying family tree in the front end “You are missing Root ID to display tree!”.Please assist.

Create a tree in admin dashboard and it will display like this: https://demo.harutheme.com/famipress/tree/brooklyn-mearsley/ (please see URL is /tree/... 2. Click on View Tree in Member List or Single Member: https://demo.harutheme.com/famipress/member/ then you will have URL like this: https://demo.harutheme.com/famipress/familypress-tree/?root_id=6464 (it will have a root_id). So if you are view your tree page in case 2 without root_id like this: https://demo.harutheme.com/famipress/familypress-tree/ it can’t show the tree. Hope this clear for you. Dear Sir, I want to buy your theme, but when I tested the family tree on mobile I saw that I could not view the details of any member of the tree, I mean the members are not clickable on mobile like on PC. is there any solution for this issue??

Hello there! Is the plugin capable for merging two or more roots in a single tree?

so currently i can add how many different families as i want, its just not configured where a user can create an account and begin adding their own familiy. but as admin the user can give me their family and i can add their family, and 100 other users can give me their families and i can add their family as admin… is this correct?

You can provide permission for an user like Editor to allow he add their own member. As an admin you can add familes & members. Im looking to purchase but If I can not import or export via CSV info, that would be a deal breaker for me. To much family info to recreate.

Meaning the interface cannot be installed on wordpress even though all the above parameters have been selected.

Interesting! How independent is the tree view plugin from (1.) Elementor and from (2.) the theme? Is it even possible to use it in another theme? Thanks, Bernhard
