Our team has tried multiple times, we even changed the server provider in case they had some fault. But we couldn’t find any solution.

Sir, I wanted to know your problem and asked for your website login info, but you did not provide it. If you do not provide it, how can I solve it? If you told me about the problem, I would have solved it quickly.

You wrote something else 2 hours ago, we could have this text 4-to 5 days ago, not after raising a refund request. Even though I consider that we didn’t provided the issue (for which we tried a lot), does the above mail justify it?? How can you send me an email, saying the “issue has been resolved!!”

Please don’t escalate much, there are a lot of themes available here, and we are not new users on this platform. We will buy any other theme, as we are already a week short on our project.
