I get this message each time somebody tries to get a ticket even if its free. In the Ticket Settings is unchecked the option “Require users to log in before they RSVP” and also “Require users to log in before they purchase tickets”
I may be a bug because it was working some days ago, I just updated the ticket plugin.

Still no luck… Looks like the theme is full of bugs and the support team delays their answer… Looks like they don’t care at all… 5 days and still not working, I’m just loosing clients in my site…

My Envato Element subscription just expired and I can’t activate my theme because I don’t have access to Envato Elements Token. Tried using the Envato Element license code to activate the theme, but it’s not working.

If your Envato Elements subscription has expired, you won’t be able to generate a new token to activate the theme, as Envato Elements requires an active subscription for license validation. Unfortunately, the license code alone from Envato Elements cannot be used to activate themes directly.
