Hello, does the theme support a subscription pop-up? If so, when a customer completes the subscription, can coupons be automatically sent to their account? Additionally, if a user closes the pop-up, is it possible to minimize it to the bottom-left corner of the website instead of fully closing it? This way, even if they dismiss the pop-up, there would still be a visible reminder about the coupon offer after subscribing. Thank you!

hi, I would like to knowwhat must be wrong with the sudden layout change option on product page when I selected ‘style 4’. Previously, the left hand side image section was scrollable and the right hand side product description and add to cart was fixed, but now the complete product page is scrollable in both style 4 & 5. I don’t know what went. wrong.. Can u tell me how can I fix this… my support period got over… kindly help me on this… which setting I have to check

Hello,i bought this theme long time ago,i had installed to an old Shopify store but I don’t use it anymore, when I try to install the theme to my new store it says I can’t use it cos is another domain registered, now that my support has expired so I can’t open a ticket, how can I update the new domain as long as I want to use the theme I paid for. The Add to cart button on product pages does not work on the first click/touch on mobile devices, only on the second click/touch (I tested it on iphone).... This problem is not specifically related to my store, this problem also occurs at all Avone demo webshops. When will this be fixed or how can I fix this myself asap…?

Unfortunately my support has expired, I also normally don’t need personal support, but do I really need to purchase new support for only this issue which is also already wrong in the demo stores? I may assume that these kinds of bugs should be fixed for everyone right within a next theme update for example? Within the older version 5.1 everything works fine.
Can you please let us know which device and browser you are using? We have checked same in multiple device and add to cart button work fine on first click.
Hello! I submitted a ticket in regards to the callback used when opening the cart drawer/adding to the cart. I can’t find anything typical in the theme files but need this detail to integrate with a Search/Filter Shopify extension – Which their developers are also drawing a blank on how this was done on the Avone side.

Hi, I would like to know how to control the spacing between the product row tab tile and the product elements… in home page.. here lots of space between them.. and it looks empty while I scroll with more spaces… same is happening for Collection list tab too -> Between the title and the images listed below. My observation is wherever the product images are listed .. this is happening… So is there any specific size for product images.. I have my products as 2048×2048 px..Kindly let me know.. as is m planning to launch my website next week

PreSales Question. Does the grouped products like shown on this demo page: https://avon-demo.myshopify.com/products/women-combo-offer?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1 Have variations? So that dress and the shoes. Would they be able to have sizing options? I don’t see that in the demo.
Also, if you remove an item in the demo, it doesn’t affect the price. Does it increase/decrease the price when items are removed or increased in count?

Hi, I have purchased this theme before, I like it, but I have problem with getting it to work. It was used with a previous shopify store that is already inactive (like totally deleted from Shopify servers).
I want to use the theme to start a new store, yet the shopify backend shows me I CANNOT USE IT SINCE THE THEME IS USED WITH ANOTHER SHOPIFY STORE.
Except that it isn’t.
AdornThemes support doesn’t work as well, since they ask me for my purchase code first, and when I enter the code, their system shows the 6 month support period has expired – AND I CANNOT EVEN POST A SUPPORT TICKET WITH ADORN THEMES.
And so, Adorn, I have purchased your AVONE theme, I am NOT using it anywhere, the shop that it was used for is long deleted from shopify (not renewable) – YET, I CAN NOT USE YOUR THEME AT ALL!
Please advise on what to do. I would appreciate if you provided some way for me to post a support ticket, or write me a message, where I can send you my Purchase Code for the AVONE theme, and you would then release the theme for me to use it with ONE store, as currently I cannot do that, and it is NOT used with any store.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE THEME DEVELOPER!
I just went through the entire update process for this theme Avone as per their guide… done and now complete store is gone except for some startup text on homepage – OTHERWISE IT IS BLANK! Then I noticed the warning note way down at the “BOTTOM” of the update guide page saying users cannot update Avone theme version 4.5 or older!
Why on earth would you not put this WARNING RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! – and save users the time wasted updating!
Essentially, if you want to use the latest Avone theme version YOU HAVE TO REBUILD YOUR ””ENTIRE”” STORE FROM SCRATCH!!! Are you kidding me AdornThemes?
ASKING CUSTOMERS TO START FROM SCRATCH IF THEY WANT TO UPGRADE IS INEXCUSABLE!! Who creates a theme (and update) that causes customers this kind of headache? Could you not find a better way?
Is your customers time of no value? Do you not realize how much time goes into a store setup, possible customization etc.! App modifications that are often required in theme code and so on?
What is next? Have to START MY STORE SETUP FROM SCRATCH AGAIN when version 6 or 7 comes out and I want to update?
Up until this point, I liked the Avone theme a lot (have bought 3 copies). Not anymore. I can revert to old version of theme to restore, but cannot update. Might be looking for a better theme going forward.
Not much more to say… So frustrated and disappointed.

Having worked with Shopify for the past decade, we have observed that Shopify consistently provides updates to remain competitive in the market, and regular Shopify merchants are typically aware of these changes. We also ensure that our theme is regularly updated so that users can benefit from the latest features.
When Shopify releases new updates, some features can be easily integrated with the current version, while others are significant updates that necessitate more extensive modifications, making it impossible to update the theme. This situation applies to all Shopify themes available in the market, not just ours. For instance, Shopify initially introduced sections, then discontinued the use of SCSS files, followed by the introduction of blocks within sections, among other changes. Consequently, these updates cannot be applied to older versions.
Users who wish to utilize the latest version must update their theme. However, you may continue using the older version if you prefer to avoid the update process. The last update that could not be integrated was in 2023, which we subsequently moved to the bottom of the page. We appreciate your suggestion and will ensure it is placed again at the top of the version update. It is mention here also https://www.adornthemes.com/knowledge-base/how-to-update-shopify-theme/ with right sidebar that notify all user who are using version 4.5 and below.
In the future, should Shopify release any major updates that cannot be incorporated into the current code structure, we will notify all buyers and make the necessary adjustments to our theme to support the latest updates.

Hi team, Does your theme support App Blocks to be added into the main product information area (where price, variants, add to cart button are) ? There are certain apps we need to add into this area and they use App Blocks. Every OS2 theme should be supporting this I think.
Yes. You can add an app block on product page.
That is not what I have seen. The product page only has sections that relate to BELOW the main product information area (where price, variants, add to cart button are), AND the sections that are there don’t show the option for App Blocks (as seen on the 0 count) in the screenshot:
