What should I do before I submit a support ticket?
- Make sure you are running the latest version of the WoodMart theme and all related plugins.
- Check our changelog and important information if you update the theme.
- Read recent topics on the forum and see if there are some similar requests. Use the search form as well.
- Disable all 3rd party plugins and the child theme and check if the problem remains.
- If you can’t find the answer, keep all plugins disabled and create a topic on our support forum including all the necessary information about the issue, screenshots and your admin access.

Can I use the theme for multiple websites?
One regular license allows you to use our theme for a single project only. If you are going to create multiple websites with our theme, you need to purchase one regular license per domain/website.
How long does it take to get the answer on the forum?
Our support working time is 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday GMT+3. Our agents work in different time zones so the answer might be expected at another time as well. Usually, it takes a few hours to answer during working time (up to 24 hours) and 12-48 hours on weekends and holidays.

All icons on my website are squared and some colors are missed.
Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then, go to Theme Settings and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.
I can’t change the WoodMart logo image
You need to edit your header via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder -> find the necessary header end click on the edit button. Note that the header contains two structures: one for desktop and another one for mobile devices. So you would need to upload two logo images for them separately.
